Physical fitness & health are very important aspects of the quality of our lives. To be able to do all the activities we wish to do is a key to our expression. Physical Fitness or Wellness comes from being Healthy by Eating Nutritious Food, Exercising, Fitness, and having a Healthy Lifestyle. Physical Fitness is described as “the quality of being suitable to fulfill a particular role or task.” We are unable to do things we are able to otherwise when unwell or our fitness is not up to the mark.

We all know that the body is the vehicle with which we work and enjoy. Our body is the place we live in while on this planet. As we care for our environment and surroundings we need to look after our bodies as well. We also know that our body grows and ages as we move from childhood to adulthood to old age.

We all wish to be healthy physically, emotionally, and mentally. Most of us already value physical health as we need our bodies for all the things we wish to do. Even our mind does not work well enough if we are not physically healthy. Physical activity is important for our physical health. Physical activity, exercise, and physical fitness are related but different concepts.
